The City of Duluth has an exciting and rare opportunity to fully reconstruct 1.65 miles of West Superior Street and the aging utilities below it. This is also an opportunity to redefine this corridor to build upon a unique sense of place, enhance connectivity and safety for people of all ages, abilities and incomes, and create a vibrant hub that will support future development and growth.
